Taco/Burrito/Nacho Bar

My plan for my wedding reception is to have a pasta bar, a taco/burrito/nacho bar, and a fruit & cheese station. But then someone said tacos may be too messy and another said that I shouldn't have 2 food bars, make one of them a eentree like chicken broc alfredo. 

Any Opinions?

    I'm doing something similar...we are having a Mexican style buffet with all the goodies to make tacos/fajitas/nachos/etc. We will be having tortillas, carnitas, chicken, portabella mushrooms, bell peppers and onions, southwestern slaw, cheese, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, etc. That way people can make a taco, fajitas, or a taco salad if they want! It's up to the guest how clean or messy their meal is! Everyone I have talked to thinks it is a great idea and I'm pretty excited about it!!!

    I think food bars are fun and make a wedding unique! 

    I would be worried about how messy tacos/burritos could get.. could you have those available but also make a "burrito bowl" or something similar an option?
