Wedding Woes

Things I'm not in the mood for:

1) Watching my cw's kids' musical performance from last night. No one wants to hear your kids play the friggin' recorder, lady.

2) Meth Head McGee sitting on the corner of my subdivision, picking at her face. This lady looked like the bathroom scene from Poltergeist. Thanks for the nightmares!

3) The wind. The ever blowing, never ending wind. Go sweep down someone else's plains.

4) AF. I am over it. It has boiled down to a painful monthly reminder of what will never be. Also, it's tres wonky and H went into a long diatribe about his hypothesis about me going into early menopause. I love that man, but I don't think a jury would have convicted me if I had chosen to murder him last night.

5) Budget reports. 'nuff said.

6) Today. Can it just be 5 o'clock now, please? I am dreaming of a martini and pills. And right now, I don't care what pill. Maybe a delightful party mix?

Ugh. I wouldn't want to listen to my kid play the recorder. I get pissed that I have to sit through Bacon's horrific concerts. Isn't it against the Geneva conventions to make someone else watch that sht?

I think I'm starting perimenopause, too. Which would be fine, if it meant I'd be done with this crap in five years. But no. Let's inactivate our utes together. We can recouperate with lots of vodka.

baby making doctor just called me. He said there is no hard core evidence of low AMH levels causing early menopause, but it has been suggested (but the article didn't have a reference to back up the suggestions, which is just bad writing/editing). He said my wonly periods may be cause from not ovulating (when he tested me in January, I had ovulated. And the months where I used OTC OPKs, they indicated that I was ovulating. He wants me to FAX him temp charts. Ugh...I hate charting my temp. I'm turrible at it.

BMom - I'm with you. Let's just have this sh1t removed. I propose we recover in a foreign country with hot men and good drugs.

Am I the only one that doesn't take the *good* pills? I took an Advil on Monday, and I think that's the first one in months.

I have been taking my vitamins on the regular, go me.

I will say that naps and gospel music on the drive to work are the only things probably keeping me from doing so.

NOLA - I talk about taking pills way more than I actually do take them. I think just knowing they are there is enough for me, most times.

    Min, kinda like cheesecake.:)

Zilla, I've been working on this too. This has been a year where I've attended 4 funerals. Yeah, I'm all about the health.

I don't take the pills.  In fact, when I've been given pills in the past I've never had any "pleasant" experiences, so they don't really have much of a draw for me.  And I will brag that my special lady times are relatively pain free.  Ovulating hurts more than bleeding.
