I need help finding shoes. My original plan was to wear hot pink converse and I thought my mother was going to have an excerist moment and spit green pea soup everywhere! So I am back to square one. I want to be comfortable and so I want a flat. I have actually thought about trying to find a bridal sneaker, but I haven't had any luck. What I have found were pretty ugly. I don't want to spend a lot of money because I am only going to wear them once and I do plan to change into my hot pink converse at the reception. Any ideas ladies?

    If you want comfortable and flat and not a sneaker....how about ballet slippers?

    I second the ballet slipper idea!

    I bought gorgeous heels to wear until they get too uncomfortable...then I'm going to switch over to ballet slippers. 

    I ordered mine from the Dessy Group.  I haven't received them yet, as I just ordered them this week, so I can't tell you if they're comfortable but I've read a lot of decent reviews.  And they're only $30 or so and come in a lot of different colors. 

    My only complaint is that they don't make them in half sizes.  I usually wear a 6 1/2 and they told me to order a 7...

     mc22 thanks!  I am pretty sure you just found my shoes for me :)  I have been looking for reasonably priced colored shoes to wear under my dress all I could find was over $50, ugly, or not dressy enough.

    and its says half sizes are coming in May, so if you can wait that long and really want a half size they look like they will be available!

    Yeah...I bought white ballet slippers...SOOOO comfortable!!!
