DJ Help: CT Party Pros?

Hi Girls,

Working on finding a DJ for my 09/01/12 wedding.

Does anyone have any reviews of CT Party Pros? I have spoken to Jason via email and am debating setting up a meeting. However, I think I remember reading some not so good reviews on here a while back....hmmm.

Any other recommendations? TIA and happy turkey day! :)

    I've never used CT Party Pros, so I can't help there.

    But as far as recommendations go, my DJ for my wedding was AWESOME - rave reviews across the board (price was the lowest I found, went above and beyond without jacking up his price, got my guests dancing, great to work with)

    I think there were some issues with DJs emailing people back rude things after finding out they chose another DJ...I think PartyPros was one of those. I met with After Hours, and the Music Machine in RI and I loved both, ultimately we went with DJ Melee though!

    You may be confusing CT Party Pros with "The Pros". The Pros do photo, video, and DJing and are one of the big companies that just contract out. You may not meet the DJ or photographer you will have until the day of the wedding, it might be switched on you last minute, etc. Jason, however is a DJ at one of the CT casinos. I didn't use him but did email with him and he seemed very nice and professional, unlike The Pros.

    Are you talking about DJ Melee or a different DJ?  If you are talking about him then he was never part of partypros, he's always been his own DJ as far as I know. 

    I'm all confused by this post, so sorry if I'm off, I never looked into Party Pros so I don't know if there's one there named Jason...just ignore me!

    Skarupak: You are right, I confused the two companies! I am definitely going to go ahead and meet with CT Party Pros and look into the other djs everyone mentioned as well. :) Carebear: No worries, I was very confused myself!
