  • I have no idea yet.  Another thing added to the list that I feel completely behind on!

I think my chuch has some 'guidelines' on what you can and cannot use.  I'll probably use something traditional - but probably not the 'Here Comes the Bride' song.  I'm not a huge fan of that.
  • I still haven't officially decided but I'm leaning towards your hand in mine by explosions in the sky (friday night lights theme song).

  • Angel by Jack Johnson
  • <div>Kol Slaven. It's a traditional Serbian song. FMIL and FSIL both walked down the aisle to this song. I wanted to walk do the aisle to a different song, but the church doesn't have instruments and I have a FMILzilla so I decided to keep the waters calm and use that song.</div><div>

That's probably what I'll do too if I choose something else for me!  FI and I LOVED friday night lights and it's a beautiful song!

  • Canon in D. It was going to be on handbells but my mom doesn't think they'll be ready for it. The handbell choir is on summer break right now and when they start practice again there are some major parts in the upper range that she doesn't think the people playing those parts will be ready for it. Plus my parents are part of the handbell choir but since they will be otherwise occupied they would need to find replacements. So the new plan is to have it as an organ piano duet. I got to see a video my dad took of the organist and one of the other church ladies playing it for the prelude for a normal Sunday. I had to make him stop the video, it was making me cry. It was so beautiful.

  • I'm thinking "I won't give up" by Jason Mraz. Just listening to the piano version of that song makes me cry. I'll probably be a mess on the wedding day. lol

That's our first dance song! It's the first one that FI heard and had an emotional reaction to!

I'm walking down the aisle to "Jesu, joy of man's desiring." Our church gives everyone a list of 7-8 songs to pick from. You can do other stuff, but it has to be classical. I liked the restriction, otherwise I would have been overwhelmed!

  • Cannon in D.  This is the song I immediately thought of. I found a website to have FI listen to it and I got chills.  I think this is the only music choice we have decided on!  ha

  • The running idea right now it to have one of our groomsmen (who had as encredible voice) start off with either Marry Me by Train or Making Memories or us, promptly stop after a verse saying 'No this just doesn't feel right' and then start up Fishing in the Dark.... but we will see how things go.
