Navy blue dresses

Hello, I have my bridesmaids wearing navy blue dresses( picture below). THe groomsmen are wearing gray suits and the flowers will be yellow. Im having a hard time figuring out what color shoes will match. I have been seing a lot of people saying silver would look good but im not a huge fan of the strappy silver with diaminds shoes. Suggestions?

Nude? Black? Either of those would look nice. My bridesmaids are also in navy and they'll be wearing black shoes because most of them already have black shoes to wear.

I wouldn't suggest black. Nude heels are something most people own (at least most of my friends, that might not be true with your girls) and if they don't own any, they're easy to find for cheap.

Nude would be your best bet. My BMs are also in blue, but we were able to get shoes in the exact same color.

Ya i think nude would be best. The won't stand out nearly as much as black shoes.

This is what my girls are wearing. I don't like strappy either. They're not too expensive, from DSW and come in tons of colors!

I agree that Nude would look best and to avoid Black with Navy. If you go to Target.com they have a ton of nude heels for under $30. Your girls can order a shoe in several sizes to make sure they fit perfectly and can return the ones that don't fit to any local Target store. My friend had us do exactly this for her wedding and I loved the convenience and price.

I am in the minority; but I used gold. My bridesmaids wore various navy (marine) dresses from David's Bridal and wore gold shoes. Neither the dresses nor the shoes matched but all the girls wore long dresses that looked good on them with gold shoes that they could dance in.

What about a grey as opposed to silver, I just like the blue/yellow/grey combination. Maybe a color similar to the groomsens suits?

What about yellow shoes? I'm doing navy and yellow for my wedding too and my sister (MOH) is wearing a navy dress with yellow accessories, including the flowers.

RKPugs - that was my wedding shoe. Soooo comfortable.

OP - I would honestly let them wear whatever shoes they want to wear. Navy blue goes with everything and different shoes and shoe colors can let them show off their personalities.
