I have just about 2 years to my wedding, so I have plenty of time to rid myself of some extra "grad school" weight that I have put on. But, I have been looking to finally get myself in the shape I want, anyways.
I am a huge fan of Eating Well magazine and their website. You will find their recipes are SO DELICIOUS and filling. Plus, they are nutritionally sound. They give you the nutrition facts with every one. Plus, they have a whole section dedicated to 500 calorie dinners.
