Wedding Ring Question!

I will be picking out and buying my fiance's wedding band. I have just started looking around, and was wondering what others have picked out. I have see the titianium, stainless steel, white gold, etc..

    The one I bought my FI is from Kohl's.  He loves it!  It is stainless steel.  I think it's very unique and it's not expensive at all!  Right now it's on sale for $90!

    We went ring shopping last weekend and our jeweler gave us a fantastic deal 2-4-1!!! I am buying his wedding band, a gorgeous Cartier inspired white gold and diamond band that he will wear when he isn't working. He is giving us his Tungsten band that he will wear to work for free!! Can't beat that!

    I'm between white gold and cobalt. FI didn't want stainless steal because he already has a ring which is completely scratched up so it easily gets scratched. He didn't want titanium because you cannot resize it (same goes with tungsten).

    We went with White Gold for both our bands. Definitely more expensive, but less likely to get scratched up.

    It really depends on your budget. Gold and platinum will always be more than any other metal. Tungsten carbide doesn't scratch, and titanium's very lightweight which a lot of guys like. I'm a jewelry store manager and I got my FI a palladium band. It's a precious metal in the platinum family but much less expensive than gold, and will never turn yellow like white gold will over time. It can be sized and engraved . If I could've had my rings done in palladium I would have! Hope this helps! Kelly
