Wedding Invitations & Paper

XP: Invites

hey ladies! i have started looking into my wedding invites. My wedding is on June 8th.  I think I want to do them myself bc all of the ones you buy online that are already made up are so price. Does any one know of a good site that I can buy stuff for invites. or know of a website that is cheap?

[QUOTE]I used cardsandpockets.com and bought their precut invitations and enclosures and pocketfolds. I printed on my computer at home.

We used them too and had them print them. They are great!
  • DIY is not always less expensive than buying commercial, especially if you have to but a lot of special equipment, etc.  And don't forget to factor in your time, which is valuable, because the time you spend making the invitations is time you spend no doing something else.

  • My friend designed my invites. I uploaded them onto Vistaprint.com and also bought pocketfolds from cardsandpockets.com.  The overall invite was really lovely.  I used groupons for VP to cut down on my costs too.  In general, VP has some very nice invitations as well or purchase a digital file from a seller on etsy to upload.  You can upgrade your paper quality as well.  I would suggest getting the free sample packet they send out to get the feel for the paper.
