  Thanks so much for replying to my message.  I have tried  banquet halls but it seems that most in the area have partnerships with certain caterers.  Or they aren't large enough to accomodate my guest list.   I might have to consider bringing down my guest list just so I can find a venue

  These venues might not have the required food for your wedding, but I'm sure they can work with you to come up with something... It's hard to find a banquet hall that can accomodate your large guest list...

  i've been to more than a few weddings at Liberty Place in Lancaster, and i know that they have banquet halls that will fit your needs without cutting the guestlist. They also allow for outside catering as well. Most of the weddings i've been to have gotten catering from NY.
