So FI signed me up for Crossfit. I've said I would never do it, but I've moped and groaned about being overweight and not feeling good about myself right now, so he opted to pay for the first few months to get me hooked. Well, I do love it, but man I hate it! Haha!
What do you do for workouts? What's the hardest work out routine you've ever done? What has worked and what hasn't worked for you?
I think this might actually work for me - I only have to go 3x per week, in 2 months I'll build that up to 4x per week. It lasts approximately an hour, maybe a little less. I'll still keep running, though probably only 2x per week. So really, that's only 6 hours of working out per week - totally manageable! And I feel so darn good after the workouts, and the soreness actually is a good thing - I like being a little sore since I know I actually did something. The key is going to be to not get discouraged since I'm just ridiculously behind most of the people at the gym, and I hate being the one where all the coaches come over and go, "You okay? Do you need to take a break?" I like being good at things, darn it, and I'm really bad at this right now!
