Invite Question

Hi ladies!

I'm hoping you can help me with a question I have. My dad and stepmother are getting divorced (my dad has been living on his own for the past year) and I need to have the invitation addressed to invite my stepmother, half sister (she's 17) and my half brother (he's 9). My dad will get his own separate invitation.

Do I just address it the "Smith" Family or should it be more formal and addressed like:

Mrs. Susan Smith
Miss Sarah Smith
Mr. Connor Smith.

Or, if I'm totally wrong please tell me how it should be written. Thank you!

I would do Smith Family if the kids both live in the house, it just seems easier.

I found this guide that I used for all my addressing.  http://www.calligraphybycarrie.com/ettiquette.html

    another option:
    Ms. Susan Smith
    Sarah and Conner

...that is a common, polite way of including children on an invitation.
