Update! NWR: 9 Chicks maaan...PIP

The preschool where I work is hatching chicks and 9 little bitty fuzzy chicks hatched today! I thought I would share some of the fluffy, peeping love. You know, maybe it will help melt the hearts of WP board...har har....

Here are the 9 chicks this morning. They're all mushed together in the back, so it sort of looks like 8, but they were all peeping and happy this morning. Hopefully, they're as fluffy and happy after a few hours of preschoolers mushing them around!

We used fetal pigs...but that was for..gulp...dissection. I hope you didn't have to dissect chicks!

On a side note, I'm coming back tomorrow with a picture of all 9 of the chicks together. Be careful. I bet if anyone looks directly at it, they will turn to pure puppies and rainbows.Just warning you...

Oh God no! You hatched them and they imprinted you and you taught them to follow you around and stuff. You got to take care of them for a week, I think.
