Hair/Makeup Lower Westchester

Hello -

I'm getting married in February 2013 and am looking for hair/makeup recommendations for myself and my bridal party (6 bridesmaids). Since it is February and we don't know how the weather will be, I am looking for something close by in lower westchester (new rochelle, white plains).

Any recommendations?
