mani/pedi rec's for bridesmaids - old city, rittenhouse, old city

Hi.  I'm looking for a cool salon which can handle 5 of us for manis and pedis - preferably in downtown, old city, rittenhouse square area.

Also, if you have any recommendations for cool& classy restaurants in that area, please let me know.

I am not from Philly, so I am depending on the Philly Knotties to help me make a bride's day special.

Thanks in advance.

Rittenhouse nails is a good one and then you can head to Continental for dinner - its really good!

I live in Old City and wouldn't necessarily suggest many places for mani-pedi's here, I would head to Rittenhouse for that.  If you did Old City for dinner, I would suggest Amada; its a great tapas place that would be so much fun with a small group of girls.

I go to Nail Bar in Rittenhouse Square (on 18th Street). It's above LeeHai Fai. They do bridal parties (a group of us went there the night before my wedding). Best part, they give you free drinks - champagne, wine, beer, etc.

For dinner you could go to Parc, Continental Midtown, Alma de Cuba, R2L (just opening this week) just to name a few. There are a ton of places in that area but those are walking distance and have a cool vibe/atmosphere.

I've loved Salon Thalia the few times I've gone there for mani/pedis from weddings I was in... Fairly affordable, and they'll touch-up, too (even when it was my fault)!
