I'm Married! Vendor reviews!

So we got married Saturday and the day couldn't have gone better!  I was so calm all day and was just ready for 7pm!  Everything looked amazing and went so smooth!  I don't have pics yet but as soon as I do I'll post them!

Venue: White Chapel Estates and Gardens A+++++
All the people were so great here.  We showed up Friday for the rehearsal and I was so flustered because we had 2 GM not show and everyone was running behind but once we got there the coordinators took over and everything went well.  Saturday we got to the chapel at 5pm and my cake was already set up and everything looked amazing.  I had all the DIY stuff and some other things I brought and they just said to give it to them and they would take care of it all.  I had nothing to worry about or stress about.  Loved that we had the same location for both the ceremony and reception.  We got a lot of compliments on the venue and I think my entrance on the grand staircase was AMAZING!  Would highly recommend this venue!

Caterer: Nice Guys Catering A+++++
Tarrah was amazing!  She played coordinator and caterer.  She made sure the bartenders were set up, food was ready and even did our cake cutting.  She was so sweet.  The food was amazing!  We had brisket, smoked sausage, garlic whipped mashed potatoes, bakes beans, corn, salad and bread.  The brisket was so tender we didn't even need a knife.  Everyone raved about the food.  She made to-go bags for the grandparents and parents and made sure we had food sitting at the table when we got into the room.

Flowers: Bice Flowers (Hurst) A+++++
LOVED my flowers!  They were exactly like I pictured and she was the only florist that didn't try and recommend other flowers.  I wanted a simple arrangement of calla lillies and orchids and everyone else would recommend roses or something.  I didn't want those I wanted just callas and orchids.  She had great prices and knew exactly what we wanted.  They were gorgeous and are still sitting at home looking like they did Saturday night!

Cake: Creative Memories A+++
The cakes couldn't have been more perfect.  The groom's cake was a Boston Red Sox pennant that DH LOVED and said it looked so real.  The cakes were both moist and tasted great.

DJ: James from Melodies and Memories A++++++++++
I'd give them as high of a rating as I can.  James made the whole night a blast and we danced up until it was time to go.  We had a special song for my step dad that my sisters, mom and I wanted played and he came up and told me so we could all find each other and have a moment.  He made sure we had all the girls/guys up there for the bouquet/garter toss and just made everything so smooth.  We had a glitch during the Best Man's speech but James worked it out and the speech was just as good the 3rd time around.

Photographer: Robin Anne Photos A+++++
She was great!  She got to the chapel early enough to knock out some of the guys photos before the ceremony so we didn't have to take as long after.  We got together before hand and had a list of all photos needed to be taken and it only took about 35 minutes or so after the ceremony to get all the pictures taken and us on to mingling!  I haven't seen the final thoughts but she has done so many friends weddings that turned out great I'm not worried at all.

Getaway car: Dallas Dream Cars

We left the reception in a 1957 Chevy Belair.  It was red, convertible and AWESOME!  I think that was a nice surprise for all the guest.  I don't know how many people asked if they could leave with us.  The driver showed up early and we had time to sneak away and get pictures with us and the car.  It was a great night for the top down so we had an awesome get-a-way!  We went to downtown Dallas and turned a lot of heads down there on the way to the hotel!  Probably one of my favorite parts of the night!

Hotel: Hotel Indigo

We didn't get a HM so we went to Dallas for a few days.  I found this hotel because it is a crew hotel for my sister who works for Southwest Airlines.  She said the rooms were cute and they were super nice so I called for prices.  They gave us an awesome rate and upgraded our room to a suite.  We had a 1 bedroom suite in a corner room overlooking downtown.  The bed was comfortable, room service was affordable, valet parking and a shuttle service.  Everyone was so nice and professional!

I think that is all.  It was a great night and I was so happy with everything!
