Flower and Officiant Recommendations??

Hi! I'm looking for suggestions for budget friendly florists and an officiant for my Temecula wedding next fall, please let me know!!

    Hi,
    You might want to try the Inland Empire board--because Temecula is a little bit away from the OC--but maybe people would be willing to travel.  I just started planning so I can't really recommend too well.  However my good friend just got married and I know she used Bride and Bloom Flowers and it was SO pretty.  I don't know anything about officiants.
