Everything is officially DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything!!!!!, Every last detail is planned, every last thing is in and ready, every vendor is booked, everything is scheduled. EVERYTHING IS PAID OFF There is not 1 thing of planning left to do !!! I am so excited and relieved at this point not sure what I will do with all of my time now but glad it will not be consumed by wedding like the last 2 years.

Edit: Sorry have to do the seating chart 2 weeks before lol

I'm now officially jealous. Congratulations to you though.

I'm mostly done. We still need to send out invites, finalize schedule of the day, and do the seating chart. Everything else is pretty much done. I haven't paid everyone yet but I have most of the funds.

You ladies are far along to thats awesome ! I have been planning this wedding since the day after our engagement almost 3 years ago lol. Our plan was to be done 30 days prior so it was a stress free zone ha doubt it will be stress free but at least i dont have to think about guest books and chair covers at that point congrats on being as far as you are !

Im extremely jealous!!! Congrats! I still dont even have centerpeices yet but I do feel good that we really only have $600 left owed to vendors! I do feel like we have soooo much left to do though!

Congrats!! I'm jealous too!!

I still feel like I have a ton to do, but most of it is just DIY stuff and buying the little things like flowergirl baskets and such. We still have to pay our vendors, but we have all the money set aside. I'm mailing out invites hopefully by the end of next week. We have our final meetings scheduled with all of our vendors for the end of next month and early October. I'm sure there's a lot more that has to get done, but can't remember right now.

So jealous!

Invites are about 90% done and will be mailed on Mon. I was going to mail our invites to Italy and Canada today, but I forgot them on the kitchen table! **FAIL** LOL.

Menu cards need to be finished, programs made (I started these last weekend), the actual text of the programs needs to be written, we need to figure out a guestbook, seating plan and escort cards (can't do this until RSVPs come back), and probably other things that I'm forgetting!

I am also pretty much done. We have paid off all of the major expenses, there are only a few minor things left to take care of. I am waiting to pay them off because they require final payment the day of, and I like having the small insurance policy that the service will be completed, but only a total of $1,000 which we have in the bank.

DIY projects are complete. FI is getting his wedding outfit tonight and picking out the syles for the GM, we are doing blue blazers and khaki's. Invites are out, first fitting is done. My hair and makeup trial is on Saturday. I will still need to get the escort card list to the calligrapher, but not until September.

I feel like I've been done the "planning" for a while, but since I finished up so early, it just seems that I have more free time to obsess over the small details and the wedding is still consuming my thoughts. For instance, I had a plan for BM gifts, but now that I have some free time, I'm thinking what else I can do to make special bags for them, what can I put in the bags, etc. Silly I guess, but I want to make sure I have every detail covered and that the wedding is a true reflection of who FI and I are.

CONGRATS ON GETTING EVERYTHING DONE!!!!!!! How cool is that!!!! I officially feel behind...lol...I have so much to do...all the big stuff is done...but all the small things and DIY projects that need to still be done and now FI is going to have to have surgery and is off work from last week for the next 8 weeks and I'm freaking out a little...we had the budget totally worked out and now everything is tight and we have no extra money....he has no accident insurance or paid leave or anything like that......I am excited for you tho!! What an awesome accomplishment....

Jealous!!

I still have 3 centrepieces left to make, escort cards/seating chart, favours (have the jars and scoops, just need candy), plan the reception and ceremony music, figure out readings and pay people. I have the money for about 90% of the vendors, just following payment schedules.

Congratulations!!

We're getting there. We still have to pay off vendors, I have to do a hair trial and get my dress altered, and we have to assemble invites, escort cards, and programs. But that's it!
