Monkey fist check!!!

Ever since I decided to get married in Oriental, NC which is coined as "the sailing capital of NC" I decided I wanted monkey fist knots as part of my centerpieces to hold the table numbers!  I was a little unsure of spending $200 on something that is going to hold table numbers, but I really, really wanted them! Well, I finally broke down and bought some on etsy!!! YAYYYY!!!! SO EXCITED because I think my "vision" is actually going to happen!

I want my tables to have the monkey fist, a small vase of flowers, possibly a galvanized bucket, and maybe a pearl frame with the menu in the frame.  (We are doing 5 or 6 food stations and will have a lot of variety so I wanted some organization without people wandering around wondering what we are serving.)  The picture below is the monkey knots I just bought!

    Love this idea! I think it goes so well with the theme and will really make a statement. In this case, it was worth the money spent!!!

    WoW!!! I just got an email that the knots were just shipped and should be here on the 10th! That was QUICK!!! And I only paid the standard shipping!  I always get nervous ordering from etsy, but I ALWAYS have a great experience!!! Laughing
