We're doing Italian food in a buffet style. We're offering a red sauce and a white sauce, two kinds of meat, and the option of having a vegetarian meal. I think our meats are Italian sausage and chicken. I think we're also serving some vegetables, too? I can't remember. We'll also have bread (yay!!) at the tables.

Before dinner, we're serving appetizers, too. I'm having a really hard time remembering what all they are, but I know they'll be delicious.

We just booked our caterer yesterday wooo! We're both vegetarians but wanted to offer meat selections for everyone else as well. We decided on italian chicken breast, sirloin tips with mushrooms, cheese stuffed shells, green beans, corn, roasted red potatoes, salad and bread. They're also making a special vegetarian lasagna just for the two of us. :]

We had kielbasa and rotisserie chicken as main courses.  There was also salad, green beans, mashed potatoes and dinner rolls.  I think there was an appetizer stand with cheese, crackers, and more veggies... but I honestly don't remember now.

We had cheeseburgers (brides choice!), a lemon garlic chicken, and a cheese tortellini as our choices.  Our sides were fries, roasted potatoes, & veggies.  I loved that we were able to have cheeseburgers at a country club for a wedding!
