About me...hmm...well - I like Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain...

No really, I'm pretty boring - I live in central MA in a really small town - I have 2 daughters that are 6 and 4 (I almost called them Baby BJ's - but I just can't lol) and an amazing husband.
I work full-time in a cubicle jungle - the girls I work with are really great - we sell health insurance to small businesses.
I'm attempting to be as helpful as possible to a close friend who asked me to stand up for her at her wedding, so I'm trying to learn as much as possible so I can help make her wedding special and of course have a TON of fun!

Santa is very popular in our house this time of year lol --- My oldest asked me for a Nintendo DS, but she's only 6 so I'm not sure I want to get it. I feel like she should be older to have something like that. My little one just wants Barbies. Lots and lots of Barbies, and maybe a house for her Barbies. I walk through their toy room and I cannot believe they even want anymore toys. It's time to make a Goodwill box, I think!
I didn't know you could get a personalized email from Santa! What a great idea! Thank you I am definitely doing that - they'll love it!

I see you're in SD - do you guys have snow yet? We haven't gotten any yet, but it's been FREEZING at night lately, so I'm hoping we'll get some in time for Christmas!

This is very true. We go up to see family - and sit in the house aaaaall day. The cousins are now "going out" age, so that has helped.

I went to college there for a year and couldn't hack the cold. I admire you! (Then I stupidly followed a boy back to "the cities". Should have stayed in GF! )

That email has gotten me major brownie point from little ones. I'm all "Morgan, Santa sent you an email!" and she's all like, "You know Santa? You know him!" It's really high quality too.

We've gotten 2 inches of snow is all but due to wind, some people have foot high drifts in their yards. It's pretty warm today at 25F but it's South Dakota, wait 5 minutes and the weather will change. i think the weather guys are predicting about 46 inches of snow total this year. So not more than normal

I once trudged to class in probably a foot and a half of freshly fallen snow in a -40 windchill. Kupchella never called off class. Ever.

You should go downtown and hit up Sledster's or Crosstown. Or - you could go across the river to East Grand Forks and have wings and spin dip at the Blue Moose. That's my favorite place ever. Plus they have 40 beers on tap.

I had a very unfortunate drunken incident at Crosstown a couple Halloweens ago in which I nearly threw up in my ex-boyfriend's lap. I still can't drink orange juice. Damn screwdrivers!

I used to have an apartment really close to Simplot. I have no idea what we were thinking when my roommates and I signed that lease.

Yeah, they process potatoes for like fast food places and the frozen ones (like Ore-Ida). It actually smells like a combination of death and burning hair. It makes the whole city stink like it. It's horrid.

Haha! Oh man, were you in GF in the 2008-2009 school year? I'd die if we had been at Crosstown at the same time at one point. We'd always have about 7 or 8 people there, sit in one of the big booths, do a little drinking, shoot a little pool, and watch all the wasted undergrads do stupid shiit. We thought we were cool. We weren't that cool.

It was at Crosstown where a guy tried to hit on me by asking me to tell him about my feelings....uhh...you're weirding me out? When that didn't work he finally just said "Well fine, do you want to go home with me and have sex?" Uh....no? The best part was that I CLEARLY had an engagement ring on. When I pointed that out he said "Well it doesn't bother me if it doesn't bother you." Bothers me, dude. Get the fuuck away from me!
