My AW for the day is that I got an e-mail from Chelsea and she already has all of my boudoir pics done! So I should get them Saturday! I'm so excited!

Also I just got a call that two more of my bridesmaids dresses came in!

<div>It has been a few years since I have leased, but it used to be that the standard lease agreement for the State of TX was that you had to pay 2 months rent for terminating early, plus an early termination fee as determined by the leasor. I'm really surprised to hear that they will make you pay the fees and all 7 months.</div>

This definitely sucks. My apt. kind of did the same thing. When my hot water heater broke, they "discovered" that I had two cats and not one. I told them that I paid a dep. for one because, since they were both spayed and declawed, the management let me have two. They argued with me that that was not the policy even though none of the office workers had worked there when I brought my girls in. Luckily, the regional manager found in my file a picture of both of them and evidence that I had two cats. The thing that sucked the most was that the manager wouldn't give me the regional manager's number. I had to call one of the other apt. complexes owned by that company and get her number that way.

Long story short: apartment complexes and their managers really do suck.
