Just stopping in during a work break :)

My fav part so far was dress shopping for the BM dresses - all 7 of my BMs were in town, first time they all got to meet each other and it went really well!

Worst part so far was planning the grooms dinner (differences in opinions between me, my FIL, and my mom) and still struggling with blocking off hotel rooms - no idea why but doing this is driving me nuts!

    FAVORITE..
I have loved choosing the colors and flowers.  I love color so of course flowers would be an important part of that!  I think I've FINALLY decided on something like this...

    LEAST FAVORITE...
So far my least favorite things have been figuring out the guest list and REGISTERING!  I realize shopping should be fun, but so far its just been really frustrating and overwhelming.  We don't have a house yet so its hard to know what to plan for, plus its been really hard to choose stores.  I like LOTS of different things all over the place!  Hopefully we'll get it better figured out soon...

Kristi that bouquet is GORGEOUS! You should definitely do that!

My favorite part has been dress shopping, dress fittings, and makeup/hair trials. Oh, and also boudoir and engagement shoots!!!

My least favorite part is spending all this money, cutting back on the guest list, and picking out the music for the ceremony.

Honestly, I have been in love with weddings and always wanted to plan a wedding, but now that I am actually doing it - it is a little overwhelming!! is that crazy??

The least favorite part is definitely the budget part.  My fiance is in sales, so he is  extremely aware of money, and I am kind of the dreamer, spend, spend, spend!

My favorite part is thinking about marrying my fiance.

I started off strong, booking reception, ceremony site, and photographer, and now im stalling out.  I just look at my binders of tears, and dont really feel motivated - is anyone else feeling that way?

The best part so far was cake tasting and dress shopping! I'm looking forward to my hair and make-up trials.

The worst part is the guest list. A close second is the invitation process. I keep changing my mind!

My least favorite is all the research to find an available/affordable/reputable vendor; ie videographer. Argh! I'm ready to be done and just pay more and decide already!

My favorite part is most everything else. I've been dreaming of things my whole life--it's sort of a running joke with my friends "how's the wedding planning going" even when we weren't engaged or I was single! If I had to choose, it'd probably be the dress/hair/jewelry...and of course marrying my best friend! :)

Least favorite - GUEST LIST! Budget - looking at the budget spreadsheet upsets me everytime.

Fave: Attire...I loved shopping for my dress and accessories!

Least fave: Being soooo busy with school and being so far away. I wish I had all of my time to devote to wedding stuff, cuz I think I would then be able to enjoy all of the little details more. There is so much more I would have liked to have been able to do, but I just don't have the time or energy to do it all!

    Fave part is the dress.

Worst part is all the planning and dealing with vendors!

I actually loved planning the honeymoon best- ha!  We are having a small wedding so its been pretty easy and uncomplicated and most everything is done.

Worst- by far- has been trying to please everyone with the guest list!

p.s. veijes I love your sig quote- that song is stuck in my head right now!

I really loved picking out my flowers.  I'm so excited for my boquet I cannot wait.  Also picking out my flower girls dress was so fun, she wanted to try on EVERY dress there was to make sure we found the 'right one'.

    Most stressful... guestlist hands down!

I think the worst part or the most stressful part has been the financial aspect. We're on a very tight budget and it's been difficult at times to stay within that budget.

My favorite part has been finding my dress and doing most of the planning. It can get stressful at times, but I'm trying to keep it fun and come up with creative solutions to everything. Also, I just love looking ahead and even if the wedding and reception are nothing like I want - we're going to be married and that's really the whole point anyway.

My favorite part has been the photography - we just did our engagement pictures and had a great time together, and I loved doing b-pics.  I also LOVED dress shopping with my mom, and my hair/makeup trial was a thrill, too.  I love getting prettied up.

Most stressful was trying to book blocks of hotel rooms.  Trying to figure out what type of hotel would make everyone happy, dealing with unresponsive hotel employees, and trying to get the best deal drove me crazy. Finally I decided "screw it!  Everyone can figure out their own hotel rooms!" and everyone seems fine with that.  Whew.

Close runner up is invites.  Its so TIME CONSUMING.

Can paying for it be worst part? :) Def it was the guest list. Trying to account for the fact that parents, FILs basically felt they "owed" some people invitations without really thinking about how that might actually shake out in our guest list negotiation.

I love each time I find another piece of the puzzle--another check, so I can start to see the pieces of the day all coming together.
