I wasn't sure if you'd see my post in response to your page so I thought I'd copy it here as well.

I assume based on lack of twitter updates you didn't get your reception proofs on time?  I'm starting to get seriously frustrated given at this rate I'm pretty sure I won't have my CD to make prints from in time to get projects done for Christmas given I'm leaving in less than 2 weeks...hopefully you're in a better boat!

    UGHHHH..NO..still haven't heard a word.  SOOo annoyed!  I noticed they put the reception pictures up for the wedding before us, so here's hoping....

    have you e-mailed them at all?  I'm tempted to shoot them an e-mail tomorrow to find out what the new timetable is (given the first 3 haven't happened) but I feel like I'm bugging them.  I wish they'd contact me to update me given it's them that's changing things.  It's just so hard to be so frustrated and getting to this point where I probably won't be able to use photos for Christmas presents.  I loved working with them right up until all of these things started happening, the pre-wedding communication was great and they were so wonderful at the wedding!

    I haven't emailed them lately...school has been so crazy, but if it is a few more days, I will be emailing.  I agree with you...everything up through the wedding was fantastic, but holy frustration since then! I think they really overbooked themselves and can't keep up with the touching up of the photos..and I think they hired someone to help them.  We'll see...hopefully this week..but that doesn't mean I'll get the CD any time either :-/

    I'm thinking I'll be e-mailing if there are no updates of any kind today (as in nothing else gets posted).  In one of my last e-mails they told me they'd put the CD in the mail as soon as they had all the images edited, but they also said I'd have my pictures earlier than this so who knows.  I feel like I can't trust anything they tell me which makes me incredibly sad and frustrated.  At least we each only have 1 gallery left!

    Just thought I'd let you know I wound up sending them an e-mail since I was changing my e-mail address and wanted to let them know.  While I was e-mailing them I figured I'd check as to the new timeline for my reception proofs.  I just heard back from them and it sounds like I should get those proofs by the end of the week and the DVDs shipped out right around that time.  That means you should be getting yours before then!

    I agree on the GRR...though I do feel sorry for the person who they just said they were uploading for, I think she got married the day before you and was just getting her ceremony and formal shots.  Hopefully your reception shots come soon!!!  I have so many things I'd like to say to them about how frustrated I am but I've tried to hold my tounge this far...

    I emailed them myself just checking in & they said they will be up by Saturday AM and then will overnight me the disc Saturday or Monday, so here's hoping!

    Hopefully that works out, I'm relieved to hear that you'll be getting your shots soon...though I was kind of hoping that yours would be posted today or tomorrow so that I could look for mine Saturday or Sunday, hopefully they'll be post things back to back!
