Morning, this week is dragging...
I was pretty annoyed at the gym last night.  It was so crowded that finding a bench was a near impossible feat.  I managed to get one, but of course it was one that wasn't adjustable, so I just skipped doing my incline press with dumbbells.  I did increase my weight or reps for all my other exercises though.  I also did 40 mins on the elliptical.  
Tonight is a 3-5 mile run.  Hopefully I'll be able to keep up the faster pace I ran on Monday.
