taking beads off dress

there is a dress i am considering but it has a beaded belt all around the waist that i would want to remove. it's an organza dress and the pattern is around an inch wide. will taking off the beads wreck the material of the dress?

organza does not hold up to much in the way of alterations, it's a delicate fabric and removing the beads will leave marks maybe try to find a more simple gown?

You could also ask if the manufacturer could make the dress without the belt, rather than ordering it with the belt and trying to remove it.
