When is your shower?

When are people throwing showers for you? My mom has been asking - she thought it was 4 weeks before the wedding, but I thought that seemed a little late? Do you know when you'll be having your shower(s)?

April 14 & April 28. We were worried May would be too busy with last minute wedding stuff and FMIL is taking a week long cruise in May.

I'm not sure when my showers will be yet.

My cousin is getting married May 5th and they're having a shower for her on February 4th.

My friend who got married in 2010 had hers on April 10th and her wedding was May 21st.

I have no idea if I'm even getting a shower. I told them I don't need one, but my aunt (who's a BM) told me to let them take care of the "other stuff" - i.e. Jack & Jill and shower. So, we shall see. I know the jack & jill is in the works - date set & hall booked.

I have no idea. My mom and my bridesmaids' mom (she's kind of a second mom to me) are planning it (I'm sure FMIL will help, too). I'll be seeing my bridesmaids and their mom on Saturday, I might see if they've got any date ideas in mind.

My sister (MOH) and a bunch of my cousins are graduating at the end of May/ beginning of June and with Easter and everything we are planning a March 17th shower. We also have two aunts going to Ireland on vacation at the end of March. My aunt has graciously offered to host and she thought it would be fun for our Irish family to have a St. Patrick's Day couples shower.

April 1st....and it's not changing!!! My mom wasn't going to tell me, but I told her I didn't want to walk into a room full of people and then have to go say hi to everyone. I told her I'd rather be there early and say hi to everyone as they walk in. I also found out it's a brunch shower and my mom is brewing 8 gallons of vanilla in my old closet for favors. I only know that because when my mom and I were baking last week I told her I go through a ton of vanilla and she said no need to worry that I'll have plenty so then she ended up telling me.

Wedding June 3rd.

My dad's family is all Irish so they thought a couples shower/ party needed to happen March 17th.

My FI's family (different city) wanted to have it sometime in April, and we all settled on the 28th.

On my mom's side (different city), my birthday is May 15, my sister's May 13 and brother's May 16. I always go up to visit for birthdays so they thought it would be best to do it that same weekend I go up. So May 19th.

I think end of April beginning of May would be the best time frame for a shower.

No idea, probably some time in May. I want it to be a surprise, but I'm sure I'll find out at least a few days before since I live out of state from my family & friends.

I have no idea. It will be kind of hard to figure out I am sure. One of my BM 30th b day is in march and so FIs. My 30th b day is in April and I don't know if my sister (MOH) can afford to fly out one month before the wedding in may. It all should be really interesting how they plan it. I do think they are going to plan the shower and bachelorette party on the same weekend.

One of the lady's that I babysit for who I have gotten close to told me she wanted to through me a shower in April cause their new houe would be finished in march! I am so excited! I don't know if I am having anymore showers. I haven't heard anything about them.

My wedding is June 23rd. I'll probably have a shower at work (elementary school) in April or early May. Plus one at church around the same time. I don't know when my bridesmaids will through one. One BM lives 900 miles away so I'm not sure if she'll get to attend.
