I know I'm under but FI and I have a Devils game tonight so I'll probably have a couple beers before that.

    S- apple
    D- not sure yet depends if BF wants to eat meat on Fridays during lent so either tacos tonight or whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce
    S- salsa and chips and may be a beer

    E- none except a quick abs work out hopefully

    Anniversary

  • I have no idea what I'm eating for the next three days, but I have another massive workout tonight, so I'm sure it'll all balance out.

  • I'm in a foul mood today. DH trapped me under a blanket after I did my hair. Sometimes I want to smack him. 

    B: Banana Berry Protein Smoothie (317 cal)
    S: Cottage cheese and strawberries (100 cal)
    L: Spinach salad with carrots, tuna and homemade tahini-balsamic dressing, two clementines (354 cal)
    S: Chobani 0% Strawberry (140 cal)
    D: Pasta, marinara with turkey sausage, french bread, wine (778 cal)
    S: Homemade red velvet cupcake (300 ish cal)

    E: Legs and Back plus Ab Ripper X (HRM: 730 burned) 

    net: 1250 ish. I went over by quite a bit yesterday, so I'm fine with this. Although I was starving when I got to work, so I chowed down on my snack about an hour earlier than usual. Blargh. Thank effing goodness it is Friday. 
  • friday is my weigh-in, and I'm down ~0.5lb!  I'll take it after sitting at the same weight for 3 weeks or so.

    B:  3/4 c. 2% milk with 1 c. cheerios, small banana (280)
    L:  ST ckn thigh with mushrooms/shallots and 1 c. broccoli (324)
    S: cara cara orange (70)
    D: hibachi!  shrimp or chicken (275) with rice (400), soup (90), salad (75), 1/2 c. pineapple sherbet (110):  I only plan on eating half my main course, so total is (613).

    E:  want to try a barre workout from Fitness Blender (approx. -125)

    S: 5 pretzels (110 c)
    L: Meatloaf, cashews and cheese (560 c)
    S: M&Ms (70 c)
    D: Pasta with meat sauce (559 c)

    E: 28 minute run (-272 c)while my car was getting inspected. I plan to walk Toby for at least 30 mins later (-97 c)

    T: 1,543 - 369 = 1,174

    Which means I'll probably have a glass of wine or a beer at happy hour tonight. I'm floored that I'm over on my protein and under on my carbs. That is a huge step for me!
