    Lots of ice water and no talking for you, missy! Maybe try some tylenol or advil, too. laryngitis is usually caused by inflammation in the throat/vocal cords so ice water will help and so will a pain reliever/antiiflammatory. Maybe even some antihistamine if the swelling is caused by allergies.
