We're now watching Destiny's Child "Say My Name".... I've decided I love color-themed music videos... there's that one Christina Aguilera video like that, too.... "Come On Over"?
It's a good thing FI and I are the same age; I'm surprised he's not sick of my obsession with 98-03 music.

My cousin is sending me FB photos of her mom, who is in her 80's. They found a humongous wooden rosary that my grandmother brought back from the phillipines long ago, so they made her put it on and throw gang signs. They told her to look mean. I am crying over here I'm laughing so hard.
Wow, that's bringing me back to elementary school. Although I didn't actually listen to music til 7th grade, but these songs were still pretty popular. We're a little behind the times in Canada. Pretty sure I was listening to Spice Girls in 1999.

Steph- You are a baby too. Never feel old when I'm around.
Fact. Will Smith was my first celebrity crush and my love for him is still strong.
Ever since the Fresh Prince episode when his bio dad came back for like a day and made all these plans with Will. Then he bailed and Will had a huge flip out/cry session monologue with Uncle Phil. I was like "holy crap, this guy can act." And my love was sealed.
I think Spice Girls was high school for me. I was also very behind on music so that might not say much.
It's interesting talking music with Scott. He's got 10 years on me so he'll talk about a lot of stuff I've either never heard of, or only know from the "I love the 80's" type shows.

fyi... ya'll better enjoy my drunken entertainment. I have a feeling I won't appreciate 90s music as much in the morning... I haven't been drunk in quite some time. I blame FI.
