  yes you will have to pay for a hair trial if your package doesn't include it.  Truse me Caesars charges you for EVERYTHING and your package probably does not come with anything that isn't specifically listed, and upgrading any part of it will likely cost you.  FYI. 
  
  I think even a regul;ar hotel room would be fine for getting ready.  6 of us got ready at my friends hotel room in the Aria and we just switched who was using the vanity, bathroom etc. But we got 'dressed' in our own rooms and just did our makeup together, and watched the bride get dressed. IMO i think getting a bigger suite would be silly.  Some of the mom's and attendants may want to get dressed in their own room anyways and then come over to yours.  That's what I prefer at least.  over 4 people getting FULLY dressed in one room is a lot.

  1. If you have the Caesars package, you DO get the trial the day before. You do NOT have to pay, but just remember to tip for the trail. As the day gets closer and your WC emails you with the last min stuff, she will set up an appt for you (the trail run and the day of). But be aware of the time of the appt., she set mine way too early for both. She set a 9am appt for my 5:30pm ceremony, I went ahead and changed it for 1:30pm...for me, it was enough time (I was done by 3:30) to get ready and some before pics.
  
  2. We also were suppose to stay in the petite suite, but after DH did some research, he said it was barely a suite. What made it a suite was a his and hers showers, and a couch. Now, I'm not saying it won't be enough room to get ready in, I guess it will be up to you. But DH wanted to upgrade, so we did and had an awesome suite in the Palace Tower right next to the Cher suite. It had a separate room, and a 2nd bathroom, so it was plenty of room for our BMs to get ready, and for it to be a meeting place for my family to gather before the ceremony. The bathroom was awesome and the jacuzzi bath was a life saver. There was an awesome sound system that you could play music in all the rooms, set the lighting, the curtains on an audio/video control. It was pretty awesome.

  Great questions because I have the same package and you DO get a trial hair and make up the day before and the day of.

  JCCSWL-thanks for the petite suite info. It gives me a better idea of what to expect. I'll have to ask my WC to send me a picture of it. :-)

  Sounds nice! Do you remember which suite it was? I'm seriously contemplating getting a bigger room. I don't think we *need* one, but it would be nice to be able to spread out a little bit. Also, did they apply the price of the petite suite towards the room or did you have to give that up and just pay the entire price of the room?

  I wish I could remember the which suite it was. When DH asked for an upgrade, the clerk at check-in took out a binder with all the upper end suites, some are not even listed on their website. And yes, they will apply the credit of the petite suite towards your room upgrade. I was like you, I really didn't think we needed to upgrade, but boy was it nice to have a nice room with lots of room. It just made the whole weekend so much better and special.

  Yes you do get the trail with that package! I had my hair and makeup done at The Color Salon. LOVED it!! Best decision ever!! : ) Stayed in place all day and lots of compliments.

  LOVE your hair and MU!!!!  Is there someone you can recommend at COLOR, if they are still there?  I will have 4 girls getting hair and MU done.  I want the best for my wedding day.  Did you do airbrush make up?
