Whats the easiest way to make address labels for the STD's and reply cards?  Return address labels are easy, but what about to the invitee?  Our list is in excel, I was going to put the addresse in there too so I knwo I have everyones address.. but since I can't just select "all on one page" like with the return addresses in word, is there an easier way than doing them individually??

    I know my bff did it with a mail merge or something...i tried to google it now that you mentioned it and it said to use "the mail merge wizard" ...maybe you can google that and try and get the steps....i have no idea how its done LOL

    btw i went into work and started playing with it and if you have the new version on the top click on "mailings" then hit "select recipients: then "use exciting list"...select the list you want to use when the window pops up and follow the direction...thats as far as I got...lol but it did import it

    you can merge your excel document into word

    Yes. Mail Merge. There should be a wizard in Word to help you step by step and you can go back if something doesn't come out right.
