I am effing annoyed with our neighbors. Am I glad they are remodeling? Yes. Do I like getting flat tires and stepping on nails when I take out my trash? No.

Lastly, does anyone else read East Side Bride? I thought this one was especially relevant given the recent string of cray cray stalking events going on: http://www.eastsidebride.com/2012/01/worlds-first-wedding-crashing-app.html

Think it will come to fruition?

Missed getting on here earlier today!

My only B&M is that the house we REALLY loved from the pictures and driving through the neighborhood is under contract before we even had a chance to get a showing.

I told our Realtor that we'd be available Tues/Thurs late afternoon to come look at it and possibly place a bid, but she said she'd try to get us in on Saturday as planned and see if that's still an option then. Is that the normal way these types of situations are handled?

So glad Monday is almost over!
