NW TN cake baker?

I live in Martin TN.  the nearest "big city" is Jackson TN.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a good cake baker within the area?  I do not want to go to Memphis (3hrs away) but if I have to I will. :(

    Dina's cakes in Friendship, TN. I'll try to get you contact info when MIL gets off work. And really, I think in Alamo and Dyersburg (downtown) there are some cake places on the square. I mean its been a while since I've been there but I think I remember seeing that.
