What registry Item do you NEED most?

Re: What registry Item do you NEED most?

  • The sheets and ironing board. I never used to need to iron clothes, so we didn't get one. Now I need to look pressed and nice for work. I currently use a towel on the floor.
  • Don't *need* anything, all of our registry items are upgrades.  Our towels are from college, but they're still in decent shape.  Definitely excited for upgrades though!

  • There's nothing on our registry that I absolutely cannot live without.  However, I am afraid of our toaster blowing up.  I don't know what happened to the crumb tray since as far as I know it's never been there so there's melted cheese all over the bottom.

I would say the most important thing on our registry is new pots and pans.  Ours are a collection of his cheap flimsy ones from when he moved out and my parents' pans from when they got married 30+ years ago!  Everything is starting to stick to them now.  We didn't even register for pots and pans though...my cousin is a chef and said the ones he recommends are only on the Calphalon website so he told us not to register for any and he would make sure we got them (probably splitting it with his siblings).
  • We are in dire need of quality sheets.  We keep buying cheapo ones "just for now" but we're going through about a set a season because the cheap ones wear out so quickly.  We also really, really need anything storage related; we're considering starting a Target registry for storage items alone, haha.
