We had a small gluten-free cake at the wedding provided by Pattycake Bakery. I wouldn't recommend going with them unless you are just doing a very small cake because ours crumbled on the day of the wedding. We couldn't even put the cake out to be displayed and instead had to just serve cut pieces to the guests who were eating gluten-free. Not what you'd want out of a wedding cake, at all!
