Simple, inexpensive florist??

Hi!!  I'm looking for a simple, inexpensive florist in the Columbus area.... I'm on a budget and flowers are on the low end of my totem pole.  Any suggestions/recommendations?  Thanks! =)

Designs by Jerry. By FAR the least expensive quote I got, and I am getting so much for the price :) Plus Jerry is super great to work with. Recommended by another Knottie. Let me know if you'd like me to PM you his contact info.

WIth a lot of florists you can give them your budget and they'll work within it, it's more a matter of what you get for your money.  I am using Tara with Bella Couture Events.  For me, she gave me much more "bang for my buck".  I think she also gave me 10% off for finding her on theKnot.

I haven't gotten any quotes for flowers yet, but Flowermanblog.com gives you the DIY option which is supposed to save a bunch of money...Might be worth checking out :)

We are using Flowers on Springtree Lane...and were very happy with their prices.  They are very open to working with in a budget, and have great ideas!!!

Kroger in Grandview does beautiful flowers- really, Kroger (I know!). I got 10 bouts, 7 corsages, 6 bouquets, plus 200 loose flowers (we did our own placement/arrangements) AND Sunday deliver for just over $800. You could also do the same amount for about $500. Depending on the time of year, you could get a little more pricey if there are particular flowers you want. But in general, I told her "No carnations, no trailing flowers, no orange, no russet, no muted colors" and she followed all directions and made beautiful flowers!
Ask for Dawn Ace at the Grandview Kroger. I'm sure there are other ones in town that are good too!
