How big of a cake do I need for 130 guest??? We go to talk to the baker on April 3rd, but I would like to have an idea of what we actually need..that way I don't get talked in to more cake than I need/want. Thanks guys!!

Most cake bakers sell cakes "by the slice" so you may just have to go with 130 even.

Our cake would have fed 100, and we had 80 guests. It was a 14" layer topped with a 10" layer.

A 6" round, 8" round, 10" round and 12" round cake will feed 125 according the wilton chart.

What the previous poster mentioned is pretty much what we were told by our bakery; they said if we had at least 120 guests that was what we would get and if it was under (we ended up with 100) they would make the cake 3 tiers instead of 4.
