From reading many message boards... I figured out how to make my own, custom-rhinestoned hoodies for our wedding!
1. First I ordered all of our bridesmaids velour hoodies online (grey for the BM's and white for me + pants) got them from OldNavy.com - AWESOME prices, LOVE the quality - and you can order them in Longs for people like me with long arms/legs. *seriously, I was nervous about ordering them from Old Navy as I always wanted the whole, Juicy jumpsuit look, but oh my gosh - they are so perfect and look JUST like them!
2. Then I bought rhinestones off ebay in a bulk pack! BE SURE TO GET THE "HOT FIX" rhinestones - they will iron-on. (1,400+ is best!) (
http://shop.ebay.com/threadart1/m.html) They were $9!
3. My next stop was Jo-Ann fabrics for some transfer paper. I got the stuff that is *more* see-through that is used for wall vinyl art! It worked perfectly because you can iron on the back of it.
4. I got all the stuff home and go to work by first on grid paper, sketching my new name in my own cursive-y writing. I saw some designs I loved so I copied the "EST. XXXX" part but did the rest myself.
5. After I was done with what I really liked for the design, I went over it in Permanent Marker so it would leak through a bit for me to see the mirror image of the text.
6. I then flipped the grid paper over and placed the transfer paper *sticky side up* over the mirrored design.
7. Tape down the edges so it doesn't move!
8. Then I used a tweezers to take the rhinestones and carefully put them glue/back side up over the design. *This took a while.... grab a beer!*

9. When I was finished I pushed them down to be sure they'd all stay, flipped it over and stuck it down centered it on my hoodie.
10. Iron on low-medium over the paper, allowing enough time for it to melt.
...and VOILA! You have a custom, blingin' hoodie! I plan to do the same for my BM's with just their last names.

Good luck!

P.S. the hoodies/pants are ON SALE right now at Old Navy!
TOTAL COST FOR 5 HOODIES w/ rhinestones = $25/hoodie.
