KUI-How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?

(Woodchuck hard cider reference)

Anyone around? We looked at townhouses today and I am high on the thought of extra rooms in our new home being for babies.

Favorite thing about where you live now?

Re: KUI-How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?

  • Mmm, I like Woodchuck.  I prefer Strongbow, though.

Favorite thing about where I live now:  I can walk to Wal-Mart.  No lie.  I do it whenever I need just one or two things.

Otherwise, though, I really don't like it here.
  • haha I went with Woodchuck over Strongbow cause it was cheaper per... quart? and the same percentage of alcohol. I loves Strongbow though!

Walking distance from fun places is key. My possible new home will be walking distance from a shopping center with Harris Teeter (meh) and a couple of interesting restaurants.
  • I love Woodchuck, daaaamn.

I like pretty much everything about where we live now. I find myself longing to live in Vermont again on a fairly regular basis, but for having to live in Nashville, I like pretty much everything. We're on a quiet street in a nice part of town, I'm 15 minutes from work, interstates 65/24/40 are all within ten minutes, our mortgage payment is low, I can go to the symphony regularly because we're so close, et cetera. When it comes to the house itself, it's a hobohouse now, but when we finish renovations, it's gonna be baller.

  • The best by far is J.K Solstice... it literally tastes like farmhouse cider. Delicious! Favorite thing about where I live now? I really like the reservation that is about 5 minutes from my house. When the weather is nice, I literally go there every day.

FI and I want a townhouse so bad. How much did the ones you looked at cost?

  • The best thing about where I live is that it's on campus, it has a dishwasher, AND it has a washer/dryer in the unit!!! I will probably not move until I'm done my Master's, because I will not be able to find something like this again!

I've never been big on cider. I've only ever tried Grower's though.

Not a fan of cider...But strongbow is the preferred cider in our household.

I love the house we are in cause we can never out grow it. Its a 6 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. I really almost love it, almost until we reno the kitchen and open it up, then I will really love it.

  • I'm well on my way to fvcked out of my tree. Le sigh. Love. I worked all day so I seerve this. But I don't drink cider. Rum & whatever I can find to mix with is my rink tonight. White wine is my other faourite.

But aywho, I love that our house is our house. Like, actuall ours. Amazeballs. and it;s pained yellow, and that's ballin. But actually, our bedroom is my favourite room. It's green and the trim is really well done, and our duvet is paisley. And I looove ti.

    Life is good today.
  • ahstillwell- I really wanna see Nashville. FI and I were gonna go there once to pick up a car his coworker bought, but that didn't work out. We went to Philly instead. And I just saw Vermont again for the first time since I was kid. That is a beautiful state, no doubt. We drove from here to there for a wedding last July.

mymissingpuzzle- Dumb question-What's a reservation? What do you do there?
The townhouses we are looking at are... I'd rather not throw out a number, I guess.

SopChick- The townhouses we are thinking about buying do not come with a washer or dryer! I'd have to add it on or buy my own. One must have those in their home. I rented an apt without any washing appliances. Things were dirty a lot, for much too long.ha

KikiMiran- Where abouts do you live? My apt now is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. I can't wait to have 2.5 bathrooms! haha

Beads921- love everything you said. That is all.
  • Love woodchucks. I am known for this in my circle of friends, haha. And my other favorite drink is Kraken rum. Mmmmmm....
I am moving tomorrow, actually, and my favorite thing will be the town. It has just enough to do, but not too many chain restaurants and things like that, which I find impossible to avoid when they're too closeby!
