RSVP Card Kids Meal

I really want to make sure that parents don't select other entrees for the kids. Did this happen to you guys? This is what I want to put on the RSVP:
Please initial each adult's entree selection:*Children receive special kid's meal*
_Beef_Chicken_Vegetarian
Or should I just put all options and most people will pick childrens meal for kids?_Beef_Chicken_Vegetarian_Children's
I really don't want to have to call someone and tell them that little Susie Q will not be getting Filet Mignon and will be getting chicken fingers instead :) What do you recommend?

    I listed my entree selcetions and then at the bottom in italics: "All children 10 & under will be having chicken fingers and fries." Our venue serves the kids meal only to 10 and under for a MUCH lower price.

    That's a good way to do it.

    I'm not listing it on mine because out of all the wordings I could choose to denote a children's option, I wasn't 100% happy with any of them.

    Parents SHOULD know not to choose their child for the adult entrees. I'm just going to call the families with children as we are sending them out that their kids will get the chicken tenders.
