I'm going to be waking up extra early tomorrow, so that I can start drinking and watch the Dawgs game at 9:00 am  Innocent  Why we were scheduled for the latest game on Friday and the earliest game on Sunday, I will never know.

I was unreasonably upset about the Zags losing to BYU.  We didn't stand much of a chance anyway, but I was sooooo mad at the refs by the end of the game!  This is why I have a slight hangover today Embarassed

Weekend is over but forgot to post here and I'm still upset so here it goes.

I am actually angry at a number of family members for their attitudes.  We had arranged for my two 15 year old nieces to be candlelighters at the wedding but one has been getting in trouble (long story but actually understandable why she's been acting out) and now the mom of the other one has said she doesn't want her daughter in the wedding and will likely not come!

For context the one who's been acting out is a sisters kid, the one who doesn't want her kid involved is my brotherinlaws daughter (so my step-great niece is 15).  I am just angry over the "better than thou" attitude that has cropped up.  I'm not going to let it ruin anything though.  The niece will be in the wedding some how, will forgo candle lighters, but haven't figured out what to do yet.

I understand a parents right to protect their child and do what they feel is best, but to refuse to come for 2 days and let your kid be in a wedding seems extreme to me.
