  I got my MOH dresses from Affordable Bridal in Buford, GA and the prices were good. They had a large selection of Bridal gowns, so it's worth giving them a call and asking about the price range.
  You can also go to the Brides against breast cancer warehouse (think it's south GA). They travel and do trunk shows, but you can actually visit the wharehouse. They had excellent prices when I went their show in Atl last year.

  I second Afforable Bridal in Buford, they have some good deals.  Also, since you mentioned DAvid' Bridal, I used a coupon I got from a bridal show to get my dress and my dress, with its beading, lace and all, was only $550 with the coupon!  It looked like a much more expensive dress to me!

  I got my dress from Anya Bridal www.AndyBridal.com for only $200 (originally $750) and they have 1/2 off sales several times a year.

  Le Dress in Buckheadwas suggested to me. It's a consignment shop but they DO carry brand new gowns that have never been worn before for some awesome prices! Check them out... www.ledressboutique.com

  La Raine's does their sample sales Tues- Fri and gowns are 50% off.
  Also, I've heard they have a clearance rack in the basement..you may have to ask about that.
