Hi could you help a nestie out?

It;s been a long time since I got married but I loved the boards. My brother was going to get married on the NJ shore but is now trying to find a more cost effective location so he may come closer to us for the wedding.
Does anyone know the cost of the following venues?

Round Hill
Catlin Gardens
The Granview

    The Grandview has their pricing on their website

    They range from $80/pp to $120/pp depending on day of the  week and time of day.  Does not include tax and tip.

    If he is looking for a more cost effective option he can look into the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel www.pokgrand.com
    or Anthony's Pier Nine www.piernine.com
    Both are owned by the people that own the Grandview.

    I got married in Sept 2009 at Catlin Gardens and they had 3 different price packages the first was the basic package for $99.00 a person,the second was $129.00 a person and the last package at $169.00.
    We went with the middle package and we were so pleased with everything,there was so much food for cocktail hour and dinner,We couldnt have asked for a more accommodating place.

    Edit-Prices do not include tax & tip.
