Hair Salon Advice!

Hey Ladies!! 

I'm pretty new to the area having just moved to Raleigh from Michigan. I really, really, really need to get my hair done and I'm wondering if any of you girls have suggestions for a good salon in the area. I live near the Briar Creek and Glenwood area but am willing to travel. 

I've looked up some salon reviews on Yelp! and so far "Alter Ego" is the only place I've considered making an appointment.

    Just for a regular hair cut?  Or for wedding hair?

    Stephen at Alter Ego has cut my hair for almost two years.  He's really good and I for sure recommend him. 

    They also have online appointment booking, which is a plus in my book.

    My mom and I have started to go see Jasemin at Salon Jasmin and she does a wonderful job. Her salon is on Wake Forest Road, pretty much right in between I-440 and Capital Boulevard.

    Just for a regular hair appointment. I already have a girl I go to in Michigan for that. :)
