  Ball gowns are NMS. But, I do like the embelishment on the bottom of the skirt.

  I like it, but I may have a different opinion if I actually saw it on you. It's very beautiful, but I think it would be overwhelming on a petite frame, for example. I could never pull it off, since I'm only 5'1" and have a tiny bone structure. Just my 2 cents!
