Hi ladies -- happy Thursday! I am finally feeling better today and have some of my energy back. I hate being sick!
Today I ran five miles in the park in my new running pants from Old Navy -- ooh la la. Haha. They are really comfortable! And they kept me pretty warm. Not bad for such a good deal!
Breakfast - Malt O Meal with sugar and butter
Lunch - Bean and chicken sausage stew
Dinner - Penne Arriabiatta

Breakfast was greek yogurt and a banana
snacked on a string cheese
lunch was a smart ones pasta dishof some sort
snacked on a special k bar
dinner was beef and bean chili (very low fat version)
I also did 50 min of cardio after work and took 2 15 min walks during work.
Today I am hoping to stay on the same page! I am feeling so much more energized as I do it!

Thanks! I am at work today.... with a heating pad to warm me up and a 2L bottle of gingerale... I just have to make it to 2:30 and then I can go home and relax a bit

I got my workout in yesterday! so far I'm 3 for 3 lol
Today I have a weight and cardio workout planned. This morning I had some Kashi Lean Oatmeal and have a Chicken breast and some veggies for lunch.
Still working on planning something healthy for dinner...

Today I ran for 2 miles and tonight I am going to yoga.
Day 4 of the cleanse...and I admit I almost quit last night. I was so hungry and so tired of the health food. But I pushed through and feel much better today. This morning I drank some green juice, for lunch I will have sea bass with fennel, parsley and capers. Tonight I have Kale, Pineapple & Chia smoothie.
