    I've mentioned several times that the stickies simply don't stand out.  In fact, in my browser, all stickies are greyed out (regardless if I've ever read them or not) so my eyes skip right over them to black, bolded threads.

    If they want people to read or even notive stickies, they should be in different colors, larger font, or something that catches the eye.  Otherwise, they're just noise that is ignored.

    Agreed. Or in a hot pink font. Italicized and underlined for good measure.
