NWR: Going out for a friend's bday tonight, working my small business on Saturday. Need to shop for two friends' birthday presents.

WR: Invitations should hopefully get here today so I'll start writing out addresses on Saturday night-Monday. I hope to have those out next weekend but if not, I'm not too worried, as long as they can get away with a Forever stamp. I also have to wait for FMIL to mail me a bunch of bows she tied for the top of the invites to fill some of the blank space and use these things called "Glue Dots" to attach the bows vs. buying a glue gun. Carlson Craft offers pre-assembled bows but they were pretty expensive and since she's paying for it, I just let her make the decision to spend a bunch of time on it instead of money. Hopefully she can finish those up and get them to me sometime this week. Somehow, I doubt it.

Happy Happy Friday!!

WR: My shoes are supposed to arrive today and I am hoping they fit. I had to order a size smaller than what I originally purchased and I will be crushed if these aren't the shoes. I am hoping to finish the labels for my invites too. FI and I need to stop by the hotel and get the direction/reservation cards so I can start stuffing envelopes. I am hoping to take one to the post office Monday to double check the number of stamps per invite before the price hike.

NWR: It is my Dad's birthday this weekend so we are taking him up to West Point for the Army/Navy basketball game. He is retired Navy and loves to see the next generation.

WR: We have our final tasting at the venue tomorrow. I am also hoping to go to FIs dads to pick up our invitaion envelopes that he finished doing the calligraphy on. He is almost done with the rest of the stuff too. NWR: In need of some girl time so Im hanging with my bff tomm night and enjoying the long three day weekend.

Happy Friday everyone! NWR: having a Pinterest day with one of my BM, she's currently building a house and has been doing a ton of DIY for it, and I just have some small crafts I wanna do. Tomorrow were getting together with all of our friends to watch FLYERS finalllllllyyyyy!!! Woooo. I'm a little excited. Sunday should just be some church and more hockey. WR: this is my last weekend before I start nursing school so Id like to add the final touches to a few of my projects and see how the invitations are coming, my FMIL is sewing lace onto all of them. I have been meaning to get my band to the jeweler so maybe ill finally get around to that.

WR: As of today I've only got 75 days to go! Aaahh! I will be addressing invitations this weekend and then stuffing the envelopes. If I can make it to the post office (it's gotten quite cold recently and there's snow forecast all weekend; and I walk everywhere) I might get postage, though I won't be mailing until the end of next week. Also need to do more HM research as we didn't get to that last weekend!

NWR: Need to do some more editing on my dissertation. Less than two weeks until I submit it!

It took about 3 days for them to come. And it was less than $2 for shipping, so that might be worth it so you don't have to go out in the snow :)

WR: We are picking out the cake tomorrow. And I got all my invitations done so they are ready to mail in another 2 weeks, and we booked our mini-moon last night! Will probably order my last bridesmaid gift this weekend as well, since I didn't get around to it yesterday.

NWR: Celebrating FI birthday with family. Dinner with some friends tonight. I have a cold, and I probably shouldn't even be at work or going out tonight, but I'll risk it and use the 3 day weekend to recoop!

Thanks, but I'm in England and I don't know how much postage I need (especially for invitations going to the US) until the invitations are weighed at the post office. As long as I get the stamps within the next week I'll be fine. :)

WR: Between now and Sunday, I have to email my venue with our final menu and bar choices, assemble our invitations, print the wraparound labels for the invites, finalize our cake flavors (I'm actually doing a facebook poll because I can't take all the friggin decisions I've had to make this week - so my facebook friends are picking our cake flavors.) and I need to find out what happened to the brown kraft envelopes I bought for our RD invites. I also have to make the 35 mile trek to my aunt's house to pick up my dress because I have my first fitting on Wednesday. *chewing on fingernail stubs*

NWR: Yes, call me a lazy turd, but my Christmas tree is still up and I need to take it down because I need the space for wedding stuff. I also have my cousin's wedding shower this weekend and I have no gift yet. Bah!

WR: We're finally getting our epics done tomorrow! Bumming a little bit because most of our snow melted today so we won't have a beautiful winter wonderland background but that's okay. At this point I'm just glad we're even getting them done -- I was starting to wonder if maybe I should talk to our photog and see if she can reduce the price of our package if we don't do the engagement shoot.
Today I approved the proofs for our invitations so hopefully I'll get them next week. I'm gonna spend the weekend getting addresses and such. Urgh!

NWR: NOTHING! Stop at Menards to get FI a new measuring tape for work. He's returning to work on Tuesday after 6+ months being off recovering from several back surgeries. Not totally looking forward to him leaving every day... I've gotten used to him being home all the time! We've spent just about every minute of the last six months together... only separated when I go to the grocery store and when I ride my horse down the street, away from the house. LOL!
Lately I've been on a huge breakfast-for-dinner kick and FI is getting way tired of that so maybe I'll make a real dinner on Sunday... maybe.

WR: Possibly getting a start on making table numbers and the bases for our escort cards. FI needs to email his guys about tuxes and email his dad about the rehearsal dinner. I need to call back the woman who will be giving us dance lessons. Our next things are really invitations but we need to get directions from my mom to make direction cards before we get them weighed, and we're waiting to get the envelopes back from the calligrapher, though I think she's almost done which is super exciting.

NWR: Going to see Moonlight Kingdom at the museum of moving images on Sunday. We need to do some cleaning and some laundry and I'm getting my hair trimmed on Sunday. But, other than that we have a lovely 3 day weekend to spend how we like!
