Romantic Dinner for 2?

It is just my fiance and I going to Vegas for our wedding . . .

We want to go somewhere really 'special' for our wedding dinner  . . . we were thinking the Stratosphere Restaurant, but we're not sure . . .

Any recommendations/suggestions?

What's your budget?  There are lots of really great fine dining restaurants in Vegas.  We did dinner at Delmonico (Venetian/Palazzo) and lunch at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, both were excellent.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

As you will probably know from some of my other postings, I'm a bride on a budget . . . however, I don't want to go too budget on our wedding dinner . . .

We were thinking of spending a couple of hundred $$$

I will check out your suggestions . . . thanks!

I responded on your other post below with prices and romantic restaurants we enjoyed.  Alize (Palms) and Craftsteak (MGM) were my favorite.  I originally wanted to have our reception/dinner at Alize, but our guest list grew from 6 to 35.  So our budget does not allow that!

I love the romantic atmosphere of the Venetian hotel.  So, now we are looking into a sit down reception at Canaletto instead of an in-suite reception.  The reviews are good, but I have never been.

For something different try Hugo's Cellar in the 4 Queens on Fremont St.  Haven't had a chance to go myself but have heard nothing but raves about it.  Apparently they prepare your salad table side, steaks are popular and ladies get a red rose.  Plus you get to see some old Vegas.  Great for photos.

I have posted about this very same thing.

    I mentioned Hugo's Celler.
Its in the basement of the 4 Queens.
Its fantastic, food, service, wine, ambiance.

    NOTHING tops this place NOTHING
